INSTALLATION & TRAINING
Our experienced engineers will oversee the delivery and installation of your new RKX-Volt 100k electrically-driven breaker. They will be on-site to commission the machinery and get everything ready for operational use. Installation is very straightforward when compared to other breaking equipment, not least because the RKX-Volt 100 is significantly lighter.
The RKX-Volt 100k is a highly intuitive piece of equipment. That means operator training is far less lengthy and laborious than training for hydraulic drills or similar machinery. Your team will be ready to start using the RKX-Volt 100k after a 10-day training programme. Operating our breaker will be incredibly easy for operators already skilled in hydraulic drills or breakers.
WARRANTY & PARTS
The RKX-Volt 100k comes with a 1-year warranty, which reflects its ability to deliver reliable performance in even the toughest of operating conditions. The warranty covers the machinery as a whole, while our component exchange programme ensures that consumable parts are replaced quickly and efficiently for minimum disruption to your operations.
This works in tandem with a telematics and diagnostics service. We can determine if and when parts are likely to fail and get a like-new replacement with you before that happens.
AFTERCARE
Our aftercare programme is guided by telematics. We can remotely control the machinery and perform diagnostics checks on it no matter where in the world it is operating. This shows us when it’s functioning correctly, if it’s not functioning correctly and when it’s likely to stop functioning correctly. We will then make targeted maintenance interventions to keep your breaker operational. This eliminates the need for technicians to make emergency repairs.
